Set the oven temp to 190 and use toothpicks to hang the pieces of sliced meat on the oven racks. It’s best to marinade strips of meat over night in your favorite seasoning. Mine is teriyaki. Use a lean beef roast and the best pointer of all get a drip pan for the bottom rack. Otherwise you might have a huge mess. My kids like jerky done this way then in a jerky machine.
