Jim jones and mass suicide : Jones town

On 18 November 1978 mass suicide was done by the Jim Jones followers in Guyana around 42 years back this massive suicidal event happened.
Jim Jones was a church man who established peoples temple a group of American people for new religious movement which is seen from 1955 to 1978 active.
In the Jonestown there were around 900 people who commits suicide or murdered by Jim Jones. This suicide eventually known as Jonestown Massacre.
In the Jonestown Massacre there are around 300 children who were forced to suicide by Jim Jones on gunpoint. This event was the most brutal act ever happened in the history of the world.
People who survived there said the Jim first targeted children’s and baby’s. There were guards around them which are loaded with guns. Those people who not following instructions of Jim are threatened with the guards and forced to suicide by drinking poison made by Jim.
When the authorities arrived at there mostly people are found dead and some are able to escape from there. Jim said to people to drink his poison and they will be on the other side of the world. But this was his mental disorder which take many lives .
