Flower Sweep Details.

This is how I like to set up the Flower Sweep from the closed guard.

In this video I demonstrate the Flower Sweep, this sweep is purse jiu jitsu, poetry in motion. Not how the sweep is effective yet gentle enough to demonstrate on my wife without putting her in danger of injury.
