Getting back at it.

The first month of the year is almost over and my first training of the year was last week but I'm just sharing the picture until now, why?

Well, I just started to get my shit together for real. I took a small vacation trip last weekend so I kinda disconnected but now it's on!

My first day of training was a slap in the face. A wake up call. I got my ass kicked several times. I stopped training for a month so coming back is not always fun and games but it is a motivation and this picture represents that, this is my motivation in a picture.

And I wanted to share it with all of you!

There's an old saying, "it takes weeks to get into shape and days to get out of shape." While breaks are good and recommended, no one can argue that the return is always rough especially in jiu-jitsu. Keep coming back, you'll be better than you remember before you know it.

That is true! It is hard to come back but after a few weeks you start to remember a few things. Thank you for taking the time!

Look at you rolling with all dudes about 90% of the time. This will definitely increase your savagery level!

It does help a lot! My body is still adapting with having guys putting presure on me but it's all cool
