My new training partner cancelled on me so I was planning to do a bag and leg work out.
When I was tapping my shins against the steel pole one of the young amateur boxers asked me to spar.
I have sparred with him before and he is good and controlled and 6 inches taller than me but we are close to the same weight.
He is one of the guys that does not like to use a clock so we boxed with no time limit. After 40 minutes of continuous work I started to get sloppy and asked to stop. I had to get back to work anyway. I hate being the one to stop.
It was an awesome workout and I am super tired.
