To enliven the 27th Anniversary, JNE held a Day of Free Shipping (Harbokir) for 2 consecutive days on 26-27 November 2017. This event applies to OKE, Reg, and YES services and applies to delivery of parcels with intercity destinations within Jabodetabek area and within the same city in 56 cities throughout Indonesia.

Maximum packet weight of 2 kg per receipt without any limit on the number of packages for all loyal customers JNE. During the Harbokir period, the number of JNE package shipments also increased by 200%, reaching more than 2 million submissions compared to the number of shipments on a typical day.

With this achievement, President Director JNE M. Feriadi expressed his deep gratitude that JNE can realize the spirit of delivering happiness in accordance with the tagline 'Connecting Happiness' to many people in the country.

The celebration of the 27th Anniversary is more special because JNE has won awards in various fields awarded by several parties. There are 5 awards achieved by JNE in October-November in the field of marketing, quality of service provided to customers, as well as in the field of HR management system by company management.

In terms of marketing or marketing, JNE was awarded the 'Social Media Award 2017' award by Marketing Magazine in partnership with MediaWave and SurveyOne for the fourth time in a row. The event took place at Ballroom 1 Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta on 31 October 2017 ago.

In the following week, on November 22nd, 2017, SWA Media Group, this time working with Frontier Consulting Group, for the second time conferred 'Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award' to JNE. The event held at Ballroom A Hotel Shangri-La Jakarta, ICSA 2017 awarded JNE for the highest score of 4,344 for courier / delivery category in order to maintain the level of customer satisfaction in order to maintain awareness of brand awareness consistently.

Finally on November 28, 2017, JNE was awarded the 'Top Indonesian Companies at the 2017 Indonesia Excellence Awards' category of Frost & Sullivan's Indonesia e-Commerce Logistics Service Provider of the Year.
