Responsibilities:
Follow our Customer First concept to provide exceptional service on inbound calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment.
Consult with card members to understand their needs and develop unique solutions for each customer, reinforcing card membership perks and offering appropriate product offers that increase customer engagement and result in demonstrable value for our card members.
Improve critical selling skills such as creating rapport, recognising customer needs, overcoming objections, and closing deals on a regular basis.
