Summary of Duties:
Customers will be assisted with inbound emergency, service order, payment arrangement, and account inquiry calls; advertising and selling products and services; and calculating and making bill adjustments will be among the primary work tasks.
Responsibilities:
While receiving inbound calls, provide great and professional customer service.
Handle client requests, queries, and complaints efficiently.
To accomplish first-call resolution, use tools and resources.
Service orders and payment arrangements are processed.
De-escalate customer dissatisfaction situations by providing patient support.
All required call information should be documented in accordance with quality assurance rules.
Promote and sell a wide range of goods and services.
Customers should be educated on how to save electricity.
Goals for Incoming Call Availability and Schedule Adherence have been met.
Occasional work During unanticipated spikes in call volume or power disruptions, call-out duty is required.
