Honestly with automation and AI coming into play, I have a feeling local family businesses and food related jobs will be the last ones standing with real human beings still working there.
That factory that used to employ 1000's of people?
It will now have 100's of people operating the robots and fixing them.
Greed and innovation will take away jobs imo.
