CMN Bolivia Cement - Construction SuperIntendent at Oruro Project Plant
Aug 2016 – Aug 2017 - Spanish-German consortium formed by IMASA Engineering and Projects, ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions (Polysius) and Sacyr Industrial (VALORIZA), in charge of the 244 million dollars construction of the Cementos de Bolivia (ECEBOL), the biggest in the country.

• Responsible for the supervision of the field construction project and for the timely completion of Work on schedule, while keeping within the budget and quality of workmanship specified.

• Lead, establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships of the on site staff and to promote a positive project morale.

• Responsible for having a thorough and complete knowledge and understanding of the General Contract, each Subcontract, the contract drawings, specifications and addenda, and to assist the Project Manager in the development of the on site procedures.

• Responsible for the examination of contract drawings, specifications and addenda for design deficiencies, impractical details and possible code violations, and to bring these to the attention of the Project Manager

• Assist Project Manager in the development and refinement of the Project Schedule, as well as to keep the schedules properly updated, and see that the job meets the various required dates.

• Quality Control of pipe fabrication and installation as per ISO requirements on site in order to ensure quality of work and correct installation.
