I am Celestine Onah; from Nigeria, a competent Public Administrator with specialty in Human Resource Management par excellence, a Socio - political Analyst, an Advocate for Personal Spiritual Development (PSD), an Advocate for IT, a Writer who has published widely in reputable local and international journals with deep knowledge on rural - urban dichotomy and misery.
