The data leakage scandal that afflicts about 50 million Facebook users is getting worse for the founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg. His wealth dropped drastically as stock prices fell.
As quoted from CNBC, Zuck's property has been trimmed about USD 9.1 billion or in the range of Rp 123 trillion in 48 hours.
Priscilla Chan's husband, who has 400 million shares of Facebook, declined his fortune from USD 75 billion to $ 66 billion. His position was down from the beginning of the richest man number 4 in the world.

So far, Zuck has not issued any comment on the big case that caused the crisis up. As reported earlier, revealed when the data about 50 million Facebook users transported by a company called Cambridge Analytica to win Donald Trump campaign.
Cambridge Analytica is a company that runs data-processing operations for Donald Trump's campaign in the 2016 US Presidential Election. They have been widely praised for successfully directing the Trump campaign to its voters effectively, more effectively than its rival Hillary Clinton.
But it later unfolded if the company might cheat on whistleblower leaked information named Robert Mercer, a former Cambridge Analytica employee. He said the data of millions of individual Facebook users collected through thisisyourdigitalife application, made by Cambridge University academics named Aleksandr Kogan.
Through its company Global Science Research in collaboration with Cambridge Analytica, initially hundreds of thousands of users were paid to conduct personality tests on Facebook and agreed their data was collected for academic purposes.
But the application was also took data of Facebook friends test participants, so that the accumulation of tens of millions of data. Then it turns out, the goal is not for academics.
They create systems that can recognize the individual profiles of US presidential voters, in order to provide them with appropriate political advertising.
