1. Romeo Mecano (PJ Mask)
Okay, maybe PJ Mask is just a children's cartoon that can't possibly show violent scenes. Let alone death, the fist fight scene has never been shown in this cartoon, but the villains always manage to escape and make new plans.
Romeo Mecano is one of the 3 early supervillains in the cartoon, alongside the girl Luna and the night ninja. Unlike other criminals who use Romeo's magical powers, he only relies on technology and his ability to make weapons such as robots, labs, and flying factories to defeat PJ Mask. But because he was always beaten by three against two (the three PJ mask members while he couldn't fight without the robot) he lost. You can see for yourself the cuteness of this supervillain and little mad scientist on a private television station, RTV.
In the original story in the book Las Pyjemasques, Romeo becomes evil because he is sick of being bullied by his friends at school for his hedgehog-like hairstyle and always gets bad grades in literature. That's why at night he plans to destroy the school with his machine.
Of course, he was stopped by PJ Mask and they apologized for mocking Romeo. In the television version of the show, Romeo's origins are less clear, he is not PJ Mask's schoolmate. Romeo there wants to rule the world through his genius to be recognized and always face PJ Mask.
Even though there was once an episode of Romeo almost defeating all the members of PJ Mask after working with other criminals. But the name is also a children's film where the hero must win against the villain for whatever reason, in the end, he loses because PJ Mask cooperates. Romeo is also known for his carelessness in using his tools.
Despite all his defeats, Romeo always managed to escape the pursuit of the PJ masks by escaping using his walking lab or because PJ Mask didn't want to catch him.
2. Diluk Octavius (Tobot)
Diluk Octavius is the mortal enemy in Tobot animation. Even though he is an assistant villain, not the main villain because he is always seen as a subordinate of the new big villain after the previous villain is defeated, he is still considered the main villain because he is the villain who first appeared in the early Tobot series and survived until the end.
This character with iconic cuteness is the only villain who survives from the beginning of the series to the end of the animated story series. This Tobot animation aired on RTV from 2017 to 2019.
In the first episode, Diluk became a subordinate of Limo Kwon, a friend of Ryan's father, and Kory, who became evil due to an incident and became good after the next episode and had a son named Dylan. Limo was arrested by the police and Insyaf became a friend of the Tobot pilots.
Diluk escapes the police until he lands a job with a new criminal, Acnee. Even after Acnee died, he returned to serve the heirs of the entire Acnee company, namely Tom Fuse until Tom Fuse also died of suicide like Acnee. He also became the next heir to the company and even served as Mayor of Daedo.
Diluk's hilariousness is eleven twelve with iconic antagonists from other animations such as Dr. Eggman and Adudu who, despite their grumpy nature, their behavior with the robots of his subordinates make the audience laugh. At the end of the story, he managed to escape again from the police by taking a boat with MR Holmes and Chairman Wang when MR Towers his employer, and Mr. Majeko his last partner was defeated by the Tobot.
Even though there were jokes in the cartoon that depicted Diluk's brain being lower than that of a chicken, it must be admitted that even though he couldn't build his robot like his master, Diluk had a much better strategy against Tobot.
Like holding Timy hostage when his robot suffers defeat, capturing a female scientist investigating a network failure with a drone without a second thought, holding two more powerful Tobot with only 3 Bikerbots to let his two comrades escape the police, and luring pilots who are looking for their father into a trap. and uses all the robots he has at once instead of taking out the robots one by one like his masters who are similar to the Power Rangers movie and effectively makes him ever manage to catch Tobot X and Y.
Diluk also managed to become the Mayor of Daedo with this strategy, as well as how often and easily he tricked the Tobot pilot's children and kidnapped them when they didn't want to follow his plans such as Ryan, Kory, Timy, and even Neon and Dylan. Tobot pilots are different from ordinary children because they have experience fighting, and fighting, and are specially trained by Dr. Char and Limo to fight crime.
Diluk is also good at disguise even though his very fat body should make him easily recognizable by Tobot pilots. Even Dr. Char and Limo often don't realize that Diluk is in disguise. It is only natural that Dr. Char had said that it was because of Diluk's cunning that Diluk always managed to escape. Although in the end Diluk also always loses like other cartoon antagonists.
Diluk may have been arrested by the police along with his two colleagues, Mr. Towers and Majeko. But he always escapes death.
When Acnee died from falling from a height of a building, Diluk survived even though her whole body was burned by the fuel she used herself, she didn't die like Acnee. His body is just charred like a comedy movie scene, similar to Adudu, the villain which we will discuss below.
3. Adudu (Boboiboy and Boboiboy Galaxy)
This green, square-headed alien who is often used as a meme always escapes and never gives up looking for a new plan to defeat the main character, Boboiboy, the superhero of the earth and get back the Ochobot that was stolen by Boboiboy.
Adudu will always fail because all super villains in children's superhero cartoons are always destined to lose for things that don't make sense, even though in the end they lose and their faces get burnt because of Boboiboy's lightning dagger or bad luck because of his carelessness, but Adudu's strong and strong soul never give up still must be thumbs up.
Logically, Adudu should have died or at least been hospitalized for a long time like Ejojo because the injuries he suffered were quite serious but he could always recover in the next episode which might only be one day away per episode. But since Season 1 of Boboiboy he has had his fill when he was hit by a lightning bolt, Yaya's punches made him dizzy, along with Ying's running speed, or Gopal's food-converting shot. Whereas other aliens such as Ejojo and Borara who were supposed to be stronger than Adudu could die because they were beaten by Captain Kaizo with a power sword.
Ejojo was sucked in by his Black Hole like Borara, even in season 3, it was shown that Ejojo had a broken bone and a crooked nose after being beaten by Boboiboy and Adudu. But Adudu, even if you want to get Boboiboy diesel, at least it's burnt, you won't go to the hospital or die. The next day, he will recover again and make another plan similar to Diluk and Dr. Eggman.
Because it can't be denied that he is the first villain who is quite iconic in the Boboiboy film. Killing Adudu like Borara and Ejojo in the film is the same as throwing this Malaysian cartoon masterpiece into the trash because if there were no more enemies like Adudu, then Boboiboy wouldn't be as exciting and popular as it is now.
Like it or not, Boboiboy's feud with this hilarious villain is what makes Boboiboy popular. Not to mention the episode about the death of Adudu's robot, Probe, and the sad story of Adudu's past will be able to attract the sympathy of the audience.
4. Dr. Eggman (Sonic The Hedgehog)
Sonic's sworn enemy The hedgehog in the gaming world has arrived in its Live Action adaptation,' Dr. Julian Ivo Robotnik' better known as Dr. Eggman is an antagonist in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. In addition to his actions that he did not stop to establish the "Eggman Empire", he has the physical characteristics of a bald head and long mustache, an IQ of 300, and a round body.
Dr. Eggman is also a genius criminal who somehow always escapes the police. Even after creating a project that could destroy the world, he didn't die.
5. Joker (Batman)
At first, I wanted to put Orochimaru from the Naruto anime on this list but after thinking about it sometimes Orochimaru can't always be considered an antagonist.
I then chose Joker. No need to explain much about this legendary supervillain. The reason why the Joker doesn't die in most of the DC Universe is because of the code of ethics of his greatest enemy, Batman, who is determined to be a crime-fighting hero who doesn't want to kill even a villain as bad as the Joker.
To fight the Joker's philosophy which is often used as an IG quote "Bad people come from good people who don't get hurt", Batman as a superhero whether in the animated, lego, or live-action versions never wants to kill the Joker because Batman understands if he kills the Joker, it's the same The Joker who won because he managed to change Batman from a masked hero to a murderer because he felt hurt by the Joker.
Batman understands that no matter how hard we deny the Joker's quote, the Joker's quote has a point. Besides Batman understanding the situation and Joker's past, as a hero Batman wants to be firm and not fall into the Joker's trap, victims of crime and hatred who are hurt will become perpetrators of other crimes and hatred.
In other words evil is like a virus that's why he wants to be a hero or dark knight who breaks the chains of hatred that make good people hurt by fighting evil without 'hurt' or killing his enemies.
Since the loss of his parents, Batman or Bruce Wayne realized that human life is precious so he does not kill other people in action, even criminals. This is also what makes him never able to kill the Joker because of the principle of life and the principle of a hero that he always carries. Because of this principle, the Joker wants to be killed by Batman, so the way Batman stays "sane" is by not killing the Joker.
The Joker is indeed the most objective villain who has no grudge and doesn't hate Batman like most other villains. He enjoys psychologically torturing Batman and fighting Batman just because of his obsession and pleasure in not killing him. The Joker wants to be killed by Batman to prove that his ideology is more correct than Batman's and that human life is worthless.
Batman has never killed even a crazy criminal like the Joker, but the crazy criminal who was not killed by Batman can still escape and kill innocent people. As Peacemaker said in the series, Batman's principle is indeed a dilemma, where when Batman doesn't kill the opposing criminal group, the criminal group will kill innocent people.
Even though the Joker has killed many lives, Batman only took him to prison or Arkham Asylum instead of eliminating the Joker's life so as not to take casualties. This makes me feel that the Batman character is a bit naive.
