A police officer was on patrol when he noticed a man driving by with 20 penguins in the back of his car.
He pulled the man over and said "What do you think you are doing!? Take these penguins to the zoo immediately!"
The man apologized and drove away with a warning.
The next day, the same officer was on patrol and saw the same man with 20 penguins still in the back of his car.
He pulled the man over again and shouted "What are you doing!? I thought I told you to take these penguins to the zoo!"
"Oh, I did." He said "Today we're going to the movies."
