Sudden inspection at a factory

A Boss suddenly conducts an Inspection to his factory to see the performance of his employees. At the factory he found a young healthy and fresh man who was leaning back, while in the room all the employees were busy working.

The boss immediately approached the man who was standing relaxed and asked:

The Boss: "How much do you get a month?"

With a little nervous he looked at the boss and replied: "Hemmm... $200, so what..?"

The Boss then took out his wallet and took out the $100 sheets and handed them to him saying, "Here's your salary for the next 3 months, $600, your severance !! Get out, get out of here, and Watch out!

Nervously and half afraid the man left the place without a word.

Then with an authoritative face the boss approached another clerk who had been watching the scene.

The Boss: "That's the fate of the casual workers in my factory, I'm stopping right now, no bargaining, all of you UNDERSTANDING!"
"What division did the boy look like?" he asked.

The atmosphere became quiet until finally a staff replied with a little fear, "He does not work here sir, he is a traveling iced drinks seller, he is waiting for his glass..."

The Boss: "?????"
