Jonas Smith was the Conservative party candidate to beat in the Yukon. He came within one percentage point of beating the Liberal Party candidate in the last election and that candidate has retired. But on the eve of a new election Jonas was fired by the Leader of the Conservative Party, some guy nobody ever heard of named Erin O’Toole. Why? According to the CBC, our Canadian government-controlled one-Party megaphone, Smith was turfed because he opposed “public health guidelines”.
This is, of course, a lie. The CBC exists for the purpose of telling the lies which the Prime Minister’s Office pays the CBC presstitutes to publish. Think I’m kidding? Katy Telford, Justin Trudeau’s Chief of Staff, admitted that she pays hack writers to publish fraudulent journalism to pamphleteer whatever lies the PMO wants told. That was admitted to Jody Wilson-Raybould, then our Justice Minister. This is why Jody resigned from Cabinet and from the Liberal Party. Jody was able to testify to that under oath to the House of Commons.
So, as usual, the CBC lied. Here is what Jonas Smith said to get himself fired (and that will pretty much guarantee the election of whatever candidate the Liberals put up):
“I believe in standing up for the rights of all minorities, including those of the unvaccinated – be it for medical, religious or personal reasons – and that our country needs less discrimination, not more. Generations of Canadians have fought for our Section 15 Charter rights, as well as freedom of choice when it comes to matters of bodily autonomy, and these proposed vaccine-related restrictions will vastly alter what kind of country our children will inherit”
What “restrictions” was Jonas worried about? The proposed vaccine passports which are being discussed in corporate and government circles. It’s not law yet, but if it becomes law it will be certainly be the dawn of the “two-tiered” society Jonas fears. The law and the police will enforce a pass which you will obtain by submitting yourself to being injected, first by the Pfizer or Moderna experimental C-19 “vaccination” and from then on any injection which the government will “offer" you or your children or your children’s children from here to eternity. This pass will allow you to… what? … well, to do anything the government wants to put on your pass. As long as you get “vaccinated” – as confirmed by whatever tests or booster shots the government decides to impose? Obviously. Would this pass be digital? Would it be tracked via your cell phone? Sure! Would you be “offered” booster shots for yourself and your kids via a cell phone beep ordering you to report for vaccination or lose your pass? Sure!
Put it more negatively, not having a pass will exclude you from whatever the government says you can’t do without a pass. Board an airplane or a train or a bus? What else? Well, that’s left blank, isn’t it?
Think about it. If you have to get a pass to function in society there is really no limit on that pass, is there. Shop for food? Have a bank account? Get a job? Drive a car? Travel outside your neighbourhood? Leave your place of residence? The sky’s the limit, or better put, hell’s the basement floor of the fast elevator ride down to the absolute power of the government over you and yours forever more. If a Vaccine Passport acquires the force of law that’s not just a two-tier society, that’s a totalitarian dictatorship utterly unbounded by any constitutional guarantees to human rights.
The Conservative Party fired Jonas Smith because he opposes vaccine passports. Couldn’t be plainer. That’s what Mr Smith said and right on the heels of that statement he was fired. And the CBC was paid to lie about it. The Conservative Party leader handed the Liberals the election because he supports vaccine passports. Smith said he was told that the reason for his firing was his “opposition to calls for implementation of mandated workplace vaccinations and vaccine passport requirements in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic."
I must be wildly exaggerating, right? Surely there could not be any support in Liberal Party circles (and in all the so-called-but-not-really opposition) and in the Prime Minister’s Office for, essentially, totalitarian powers to be enacted into law? They couldn’t possibly desire the power to issue us all a pass to the very means of living? They couldn’t possibly want to turn our human rights to life, liberty, association and even free speech (what was Mr Smith’s career ruined for? He spoke his mind like a free Canadian, right?) into privileges the government can revoke at any time? They couldn’t want to become absolute dictators. Could they?
Listen to Dr Teresa Tam, General Director Canadian Centre for Emergency Preparedness and Response, the unquestioned Covid “restriction" dictator for all of this long “emergency”, she whom it is career death for any elected politician to disagree with:
“I think the public has to know that … their co-operation is sought. If there are people non-compliant there are definitely laws and public health, um, POWERS that can quarantine people in mandatory settings. Potentially you could trap people, put bracelets on their arms, have police and other set-ups to ensure quarantine is undertaken..”
That is far from theoretical. It is happening right here, right now. People who land at Canadian airports are being forcibly detained, tested and hustled off to “quarantine” in “confidential locations”, prison hotels, at their own expense. If they stand on our Charter guaranteed rights to freedom of movement and association and walk out of the airport and go to their own homes, even promising to self-isolate there, they are being issued crippling fines.
The excuse for this current “temporary” suspension of our laws and freedoms is the “State of Emergency”. How long will we be in Teresa Tam’s “emergency”? That’s not for us lowly voters and formerly free people to decide. Because there isn’t one single political party in this once-fair land to stand up for our rights. So who am I going to vote for? Which party will I vote for that wants to give me a Vaccine Passport or a bracelet on my arm or a visit from the Covid Gestapo if I object? The blue party or the red party or the Green Party? Which oppressor will I choose?
The Canada I was born in was a land where freedom was unquestioned. Canada today is at the forefront of a global campaign to annihilate freedom by establishing that the government can arrest and imprison you without charges for any reason and can force you to take a hazardous injection against your will. And most of my fellow Canadians, including my nearest relatives, have no idea what is being done to themselves and all of us. I was born in a free country. As it looks right now I will die in a totalitarian Technocratic dictatorship pretending to be the Canada I once loved.
