I Am In A Total Diet Control So That I Can Maintain My Health Improvements

I tried to stay up last night, in fact I am still up at 3:00 AM until I am weary. That is my routine and I can't just drink coffee to counter the natural processes of the body lest I will get those times that I would wake up with a racing heart again and I am glad that I am over it thanks be to God.

So I just drank fruit juice right after that, pineapple juice since it is readily available from the stores near my home. The other factor that I eliminated was the too much extra fluids in my body.

Right now I am a bit waterlogged which contributes to my feeling ill so I have to control my food intake so that I would not load too much salt into my system which makes me thirsty so I won't drink too much.

That is why I am not eating regular meals like breakfast, lunch, and dinner and snacks in-between. I am almost intermittently fasting because I only eat almost two times per day with one last meal of the day I have to because I am taking my Calcium which I needed.

I really have to control my fluid intake because congestion from being waterlogged is not a good condition to be in. So I am just drinking if I am thirsty and being thirsty is what a I am avoiding because it cannot be controlled, you will just have to drink if you feel that your throat is drying-up.

I can sleep well enough if I am not congested which is why there must be a total diet control and management and I am doing that and it is working for me. I can never gain some weight anymore plus eating too much just wears me down so right now I am just basically eating just to survive because I can't also enjoy eating my foods.
