私の好きな家電をご紹介いたします。
フィリップスのノンフライヤーです！
外見はこんな感じです。
この写真では大きさがよくわからないと思いますが、5合炊きの炊飯器・1.5個分くらいの大きさがあります。
結構場所とりますw
庫内を開けるとこんな感じです。
ここに直接食材を入れたり、耐熱性シリコーンの容器、アルミホイルなどに食材を入れて加熱します。
ノンフライヤーと言えば、揚げ物を油で揚げずにこのノンフライヤーの熱風加熱調理でノンオイルで仕上げるというのが有名ですよね。
フリッターや天ぷらやフレンチフライポテトなんかも作れます。

でも私は揚げ物とは違う用途での使用が多いです。
何を使っているかというと、この別売りの「ベーキングトレイ」。
これを使うといろんなことができるんです。
これはフォカッチャを作っているところです。
強力粉をこねて、整形して、ベーキングトレイの中で発酵させます。
この写真は発酵が済んだところで、指で押して、フォカッチャ特有の模様をつけて、オリーブオイルをまぶしてあります。
様子を見ながら焼きます。
うーんまだまだかな。焼き時間を追加します。
ちょっと追加しすぎて、きつね色を通り越してしまいましたw
でもサクサクで美味しくできましたよ！
これにバジルなんかのハーブを乗せて焼いたりすると、とっても本格的なフォカッチャが作れるんです！
次に鶏ひき肉のピザ風焼き。
鶏ひき肉に塩コショウをして、野菜の粗みじんを加えてよく混ぜます。
そしてベーキングトレイの中で整形して、そのまま焼いちゃいます。
こんな感じに出来上がり！
ピザ風に切ってもサイコロに切っても、みんなでシェアするのにとても良いのです。
ベーキングトレイを使わず、直接バケットの中に仕込むのとしては、私はハンバーグを時々作ります。
と言ってもミニミニハンバーグ。
お弁当用のアルミケースに、ハンバーグのタネを入れます。
そしてそのままノンフライヤーの庫内に入れて焼いちゃいます。
このまま冷凍保存もしておけるので、おかずにもう一品欲しいときにこれが重宝するんです。
ノンフライヤー、持ってる方、あまり知り合いにいないのですが、持ってらっしゃる方いらっしゃいますか？
私はレシピ集は色々買ったのですが、最近、このノンフライヤーをあまり活用できてません。
せっかく夏の暑い時期なので、ガスコンロを使わないで済む、この家電をもっとフル活用したいものです。

フライに使うだけでなく、ちょっとちゃんと焼きたい時に使えるんですね。

私も2週間前にノンフライヤー買いました。場所は取りますが、とっても便利で、我が家でも大活躍です。
トウモロコシにバターを塗って、ノンフライヤーで焼くだけで、簡単に焼きとうもろこし(に近いもの) ができます。ミニミニハンバーグも作ってみます！^^

Yours is second generation do air fryer. I have the first generation
Good thing is Air-frying doesn’t need oil at all. But it cannot grill, fry or bake too much at a time, the housing is too small.

I remember my air fryer came with two cook books. Do you have these two cool books too? They are useful and it’s fun to cook some of the dishes .
