My favorite seasoning / コンテスト #8 お気に入りの調味料

This is my entry for @steemit-jp contest. The theme this time is "My favorite seasoning".

I also would like to thank @steemit-jp for choosing me for the winner of the last contest.

Here is the details.

I don't like cooking very much but I do cook most everyday.

For many years of cooking for my children, I learned to cook simple and healthy.

I'm not so picky about seasoning but for salt, I use sea salt and rock salt.

いつもギリギリです^^;

今回は "お気に入りの調味料" ということで、塩を選びました。

料理はあまり好きではないのですけどね、毎日します><

娘ちゃんたちがシンプルな味付けを好むので、あまり手の込んだ料理はしませんが、塩だけには何となくこだわっています。

シーソルトも使いますが、岩塩を使うことが多いです。

This one is called Real salt.

It comes from underground deposit in Central Utah.

これはリアルソルトという岩塩。

ユタ州で取れた岩塩だそうです。

I also use Himalayan Pink Salt as well.

Although, my husband found this at the dollar store....$2.50 for this size!

I'm not so sure how real is this one LOL.

ヒマヤランピンクソルトも良いですね。

けれどこれはうちの旦那ちゃんが1ドルショップで見つけて来たもので、このサイズのミルに入っていて2ドル50セント！

あやしい。。。とか言いながら使ってます、笑

I like them because there are no fillers or anti-caking agents mixed into salt.

It's unrefined and full of minerals and tastes good.

岩塩は余計な物が混ざっていなくて、良いですよね。

ミネラルが豊富で、塩味もまろやかで気に入っています。
