名古屋に帰省中の@nadeshikoです
実家のエアコンが古いのかまったく効かなくて、暑いです💦

夜になったら、フィルター掃除をしてみようと思います笑

今回のテーマは「お気に入り調味料」と言うことで、自炊する時に一番使う調味料でもあるので、塩コショウを選びました♪

これは、実家にあった塩コショウです。
100円均一のお店にもあるぐらい、一家にひとつあるんじゃないかなと思うぐらい浸透していますよね～

とにかく料理が苦手な@nadeshikoなので、焼く料理の時は、塩コショウで味付けの料理が多いので、大活躍してもらってます🤣

以前@amblogさんのイベントでも、塩コショウが大活躍しました😘

今体調崩しがちなので、また上記の料理作ろうかな❓
夏バテに負けないように、適度な塩分は必要ですからね～
