Happy JPUD, Reggaesteemians! :)

So i just staked 1784 #vegan Jahm for Jpud. Rastafari!
Not a Haile Selassien, but a Natural (Ras) Man (Tafari),
which is also an (african) interpretation of Rastafari...

So dear Jahmfest,

make sure you have nuff ackee,yaam,callaloo,rice,lentils
or one of them gorgeous jamaican pumpkins ;)
I cooked this one in my cottage in #Jamaica with garlic
and spring onions and most probably olive oil, while
i was watching the cruise ships coming in... sweet.

I cook either with olive oil for the more mediterranean/
italian style or with coconut oil, for the tropical or thai style.
That's the healthiest oils for your body to use regularly.

Rastafood should be vegan

because if you follow "you are what you eat",
Rasta should only eat #Life , and avoid the dead flesh.
I know the meat lovers, love me for expressing it like this :P
But it is what it is... still all good.
I also ate fish and meat for over 30 years, then started the vegetarian
style in 2011, bounced back after 3 weeks, for the lack of veggie ideas.
Once me and my ex girl found enough ideas, and protein sources...
it only took 6 weeks and my body changed forever and started refusing
and disliking meat, even when i tried to give him his favorite greek,grilled
lamb...short after those 6 weeks. I took a bite, and my body was like...
"That's it!? No, thanks."
The only dairy product that stayed until 2018 was some good cheese.
But my body is on his journey and "kicked out" the cheese, too ;)
since one year.
That's why i make that Jahm cheese now...haha :P
