NEW YORK (AP) — A federal judge dismissed former President Donald Trump's countersuit against the writer who won a sex abuse lawsuit against him on Monday, stating that Trump cannot argue she defamed him by continuing to claim she was raped as well as sexually abused.
The verdict effectively ends Trump's presidency, at least for the time being.
