Juice Challenge Day 6
What is up Steemit Peeps ! Today I would like to share my day 6 of the Juice challenge! Everyday of the month of October I will be coming up with a diffenet healthy juice !
Making a daily juice is one way to help yourself live a healthy lifestyle! These drinks are pack for of nutrients that will help fuel your body and make you feel great!!
Todays ingredents are:
- carrot
- celery
- beet
- apple
- cucumber
On my last post @michellerowton commented with her favorite juice and she had mentioned that she uses cucumber in her juices, so I thought I would give that a try!
The cucumber is very refreshing but I think I went a little heavy on the celery this time beacuse I definitly tasted a lot of the zingyness of the celery.
