Juliaca city is a place for people who wants to buy things cheap.
But there is always a new chance to do The things other way.
You can find here a lot of poor peoples at the same time rich people.
Rich people spend their money just in parties and beer while poor people doesn’t have what to eat.
This is a dirty place you see garbage everywhere.
You meet people without education, Savage persons
