I'm sure a lot of people are affected by Julian Assange's arrest. Especially people from the blockchain community. Blockchain is about "true freedom for the people". I'm not gonna say that the government is completely evil, because it's not. The State does help our lives to be intact.
BUT! We have to admit, there are a lot of problems in this world. And it is not a very fair system for most people. It may be a good word for the rich(top 1%) but for the rest of the people... There is a lot of suffering, in many ways. Obviously, the government is not responsible for every bad thing in the world, but...
Even today, many people still do not realize what the government is actually doing behind the scenes. I don't think that WikiLeaks is perfect either, but when that site came out, many people realized that their government may not be as trustworthy. Myself included.
I personally hope that Assange is freed. Very Cool Hacker/Journalist.
