Sometimes you need to get lost...

...to find yourself. Yesterday I had the joy of hiking in the jungles of Jalisco to reach El Eden park.

The hike was a reminder to me that I must take time off from work to indulge in nature. Today I returned to work calm and energized.

Haha us anxious types need a regular meditative activity to chill out. Get out and explore!!
