This quest is about what we feel is the most important issue. Pretty much wide open, and, there are so many "Important Issues" in the world today. A solution to the issue does not need to be presented, but being the guy in the game "Skyrim" outside of Belethor's general store always saying "you know what the problem with skyrim is these days"? Well I find him to be the absolute most annoying NPC ever in any game I have ever played.
People Complaining. My entry when I first opened up the blank "Create Post page", was going to be in an entirely different direction, I was going to talk about the excessive amount of Law/Rules/and Regulations on the books. But my reference to the game "Skyrim" has taken my thought process into an entirely different direction.
People Complaining. Every time I have to pass by that person in the game, I want to just draw my sword and get rid of him. I hate that statement/question - "you know what the problem with skyrim is these days". He never ever offers a solution. If an individual sees a problem, or an issue, and only complains about the issue without offering a solution, all they are doing is Complaining.
People Complaining. If you have no solution, do some research on what you perceive the issue to be. Then begin a dialog, start to ask friends, neighbors, coworkers, what they think of the issue, and what they think would be a good solution. You may find that what you perceived to be an issue is in reality a non issue.
People Complaining. Time for a reality check in America. Of the total eligible Voters in America only slightly over half even bother to vote for the president. So half of the eligible voters have no right to complain. If you are not a part of the solution, get out of the way of the people that are trying to solve the issue. Per a "Google search, and Quora Response":
About 55.7 percent of eligible voters in the United States voted in the 2016 Presidential election. Of those, about 46.1 percent voted for Donald Trump. Multiply those out, and about 25.7 percent of all eligible voters in the USA voted for Trump
Just slightly under 27% of the eligible voters elected the president.
People Complaining. If you do not like the solutions being offered, find a more palatable solution for yourself and offer it up to the people. In the above Presidential Election information, just think if the other 54.3 percent of eligible voters all voted for a 3rd party candidate, then that 3rd party person would be the president. We have a process to elect people to provide governance of our society, not governance of the people for we are the people, ad we are the government.
People Complaining. American Solution, so what to do about it? Begin managing the right to vote. If you do not vote with in the first two Presidential Elections you are eligible to vote in, then you have abdicated your right to provide societal governance. There is absolutely no reason other than being in a complete coma for the the entire time of being able to vote. In most places you can cast an absentee ballot about one month prior to the actual election date.
People Complaining. American Solution, In time people that had abdicated their right to vote, may change their mind, and want to begin participating in the Citizen ran governance of American Society. This can be accomplished by taking a Voter Eligibility course, and passing the Eligibility test, similar to a Citizenship class/test.
People Complaining. Conclusion. The above will not prevent people from uttering "you know what the problem with America [skyrim] is these days", but it may get them to become a part of the solution by getting them to vote. I know it is a simplistic solution, and there will people say that you can't do that, or that it is against the law, against the constitution, or morally wrong...All of those have a solution too. 25% of the eligible voting population set the law, so laws can be changed by the 25%. The constitution can be changed by the 25% of the eligible voting population, 25% of the eligible voting population control the direction of morals in the United States. So something to think about at any rate, the next time you want to say "you know what the problem with wherever you are [skyrim] is these days"

Firstly, I get where you are coming from with the npc player and his repetitive question.
Definitely an annoyance.
I would love to see every American out voting, to see a 3rd party get elected could change the United States as we know it, but I also feel that either way no matter who it"voted" in there is still a hidden agenda in government and no matter how hard that 3rd party would try to change things, the true agenda will still be pushed whether or not said 3rd party wanted things to change. I respect your thoughts on it all but still believe the votes don't matter when it comes to that hidden agenda...jmo.

There seems to be a lot of people that still believe a vote is meaningless, the more people believe that the fewer voters there are, the fewer choices people have. There is no 3rd party candidates that are viable, so our mainstream media keep telling us.
People keep talking about the deep government state, the old NWO group, the Illuminati, the freemasons. No one knows who they are. Who runs the hidden agenda? If people in the next batch of elections voted for the person on the ballot they have never heard of, instead of one or the other "evil" candidates, things might change.
Until people decide to ignore the two party state, and elect people instead of politicians, we will never know if we can retake control of our country. The media gives all kinds of excuses for not supporting people, they have no experience, they are not educated enough, they have never managed a group of people. On the other hand they push people who have filed for bankruptcy, been convicted of crimes, tell the story based on who the audience is, support the people with little or no moral fiber. People need to support People, let the media support the politicians.
A little over 200 years ago, we the People, decided we did not need to be ruled from afar, and a revolution was started by 2% of the population, freedom was gained, or was it? A lot of people died, a lot of people still die in war. Do we want a violent revolution or a quiet peaceful voter revolution.
Once again, no real answers, all I can say is I prefer the try the change from inside.
