And the Winners Are - - - - ! ! ! ! !

@shepz1 provided me funds to award and select the last of the winners. The three in bold were picked by @shepz1 and mentioned in this post. So in order to get this out while it is still Christmas for most of the world time was pressed only a little bit. This is not a very easy thing to do. There are so so many people that should/could be winners, but in the end it is a somewhat subjective system. Are systems that have a hard locked process any better than the randomness of a random person picking ten winners that they think are deserving? All I can say in defense of my picks is that well I am human, not a bot.

1. Best newcomer - rising star.
   I could find no mention in any of the Post I could find so my choice @murathe. He is trying and struggling and that is what it takes to be a rising star, overcoming the struggles to get established.

2. Most argumentative steemian.
   I wanted to pass on this one, but it was passed back to me. So after reading and looking at a lot of pages on the various post associated with the Top Ten Steemians of the Year, (well I did look at a lot over the last two hours while typing, formatting, and thinking about this last category), I think I will just pick @angryman. He has some good post, smoe nice rants, and well seems like a nice enough person to have an argument with. He can always blame @shepz1 for the selection and passing the choice back into my lap after all.

3. Most inspirational steemian
   @crypto.piotr wins/won.

4. Best musician - Music maker. (Own recordings and original.)
   @edprivat. Myself and one other mentioned enjoying his work and music.

5. Defender of the truth. (most supportive steemian re the truth community.)
   @v4vapid wins..

6. Funniest - most amusing steemian.
   This was hard, a lot of choices, @meesterboom was mentioned a few times, and I do find his humour pretty funny.

7. Person who connects the most steemians together.
   @davemccoy is my choice for this category. He helped when we had a that big influx of new dreaming steemians in Jan and Feb this year get @newbieresteemday going, he got with a witness when the issues of dust vote levels were made widely known and helped come up with a solution, he has been the behind the scenes man on many different projects to help not just the new but to help as many as possible. @friendsofgondor and @teampossible being two of the other projects he is deeply involved in. Since meeting him on steemit he has been pretty much about bring together not tearing apart. Person who connects the most steemians together. @crypto.piotr won. - @shepz1's choice and a popular one, but I also wanted to award @davemccoy

8. Most conspiratorial steemian.
   Can't leave @lucylin out, if this was a most funny conspiratorial category no problems at all finding the right person, @lucylin would fit that bill, and since it is christmas and he is all over any conspiratorial type post with his view/humour he fits this category.

9. Most all round talented steemian.
   @eonwarped a good thing someone mentioned his name in one of the post. Opal even has her own page now. He does do a lot and does appear to be a JOAT, (Jack of All trades) steemit wise. So I agreed on that mention.

10. Best author.
    Most votes were for @perceptualflaws. (So I agree with @shepz1).
