Pwede po bang kasuhan ang isang employer kung hindi nila hinuhulugan nang tama ang aming mga benepisyo tulad ng SSS ?

Yes pwede sya. As far as I know pwede syang ipa DOLE. Make sure din po na mayroon kayong kopya ng payslip showing how much yung deduction nila sa SSS sa sahod po.
May mga employer din na late ang hulog sa SSS so I suggest better check with the HR team first then pag wala talaga contact DOLE na po.

Tanong ko lang po, monthly po ba o quarterly po ba ang hulugan sa SSS ?

Monthlynpo ang aming deductions. Wa rin kaming payslip every sahod. Binibigyan lang kami ng sobre at dun nila inilagay sahod nami.sinusulat lang ang amount. Payroll meron kami pero ang hindi maintidihan , tinatakpan nila yun kapag pipirma na kami

Oh! This one I suggest that you seek assistance na from DOLE. 6 months is really something tsaka yung payslip required sya talaga for transparency na dinededuct talaga sya ni employer nyo. Raise nyo na yan kay DOLE para ma aksyunan agad.

It really depends on the company. Yung previous ko ay quarterly ang hulog nila. Better ask your HR personnel for this one for sure may good explanation sila about it.

Sinasabi lang ng taga admin nami na baka delay lang daw ang posting. Mag aanim na na buwan kaming dinedeductan tapos wala parin posting. Punta ako try sa sss para sana kumuha ng ID kaso sinabihan kaming wala pa nga raw kaming contribution ni kahit isa
