[Hanna's Touch] 시나몬 판케익 for 브런치

Hello everyone! Hanna is back to kitchen!

다들 주말이면 게으름 생기지 안으십니까?
저는 주말이면 늦은 아침겸 점심을 즐겨 만듭니다. 저의 아들내미와 장난치며 주방에서 시간을 보내죠! 더욱이 요즘 같은 날씨엔 밖에 출입 자주 못하니 주방에서 아이와 함께 주방탐구 놀이도 자주 하는것 같습니다. 오늘 늦은 아침 저의 아들내미와 시나몬 판케익 구어봤습니다. 한국에서 임시로 살림하고있어,펜시한 주방 도구들은 전혀 없습니다. 미니마이즈 하고 이코노믹 한 생활을 즐겨 하는 타입들이라서... 사진보기에 지저분해 보일수 있습니다.

먼저 집에 있는 재료들 준비해 봤습니다.

밀가루, 우유, 버터, 올리브유, 시나몬파우터, 베이킹소다, 소금
개인적으로 달꼼한 음식을 안좋하는 편이라 설탕은 패스했습니다.

먼저 인원수에 맞춰 밀가 볼에 담는다.
우유 넣고 저어준후 계란을 넣는다.
베이킹소다, 시나몬파으더, 소금, 올리브유
마지막 버터 넣어주면 재료준비 마무리!

후리이팬 정당한 온도로 달궈 놓은후

맥스해 놓은 반죽 5~10 낮잠 재워두고

후라이팬 어느정도 달을때? 구워주면 좋음

간단하고 쉽게 만들어 먹을수 있는 시나몬 팬케익!
웨스턴 스타일 팬케익 정석!? 어디 있습니까...?
집에 있는 재료들 그냥 마구 주어담아 아이와 재미있게 만들어 봤습니다!
크림치즈 아니면 허니를 곁들여 드시면 더욱 부드럽게 드실수 있습니다.

        저희집도 항상 주말에는 팬케익을 먹는답니다.

          은근 간단하고 시럽과 같이 곁들여 먹음 맛나더라구요
          그리고 매주 주말만 먹기에 또 기다려지기도 하구! ㅎㅎㅎ

          그쵸~ 초 간단 메뉴를 나가서 사먹기엔 애매하고...
          분위기고 브런치 드시려면 카페 가서
          드시면 분위기 맛! 집에서 만들어 먹으면
          편하고 인배드 브런치 즐길수 있죠~^^
