South Korea's block chain project Kaiser announced on the 18th that it will hold an "Initial Exchange Offering" of KISC at LBank.
LBank, which is based in Singapore, is ranked as the top 10 cryptographic currency exchange based on the volume of transactions within a coin market cap as of January 2019. Coins from global exchanges such as BNB and Huobi HT Token are listed and are supporting about 90 cryptographic currency transactions.
