I have to say, I love investigating and upping my game. Over the past couple of labour holidays I investigated the concept of Agile workflows using Sprints in a scrum like workflow - and I reviewed and tested out like 5 or 7 different services that can include my team hour timesheets, Gantt charts for project timelines, budget and prediction models. There is one I particularily liked called #Forecast with AI assited predictions - but it's clearly out of my budget - so.. in order to simplify my workflow, after hours upon hours of investigation.. I figured and found out Gsheets from google can include all my needs in a relatively cheap and custom way - including Kanban and Gnatt charts with custom budgeting and timeline systems. I can also tag people and assign work just using Gmail accounts with all I work with - success. And that has what I've been doing.

A new workflow, a new more organized business and better teamwork - also a more centralized easy to mange system to make the team work better together, or for myself to predict my workload, costs and tasks in a more efficient and fun way. I love gamification, and I love bottom's up and top down management. I actually love this.

Mr @laurentbecca ! Thanks for the great feedback! I must be doing something right. I do have Facebook though lately I've been using Busy with Steem more. It feels more fulfilling. Do you use Discord? We can also hang out there. Do you do 3D? I can teach you some things if you'd like .... well somewhere between my work.
