PAEC COMMUNITY.

I am building a community on steemit. The POST AND EARN COMMUNITY(PAEC). I am building this community with people that I inform about steemit through STEEMVANGELISM. In other words, I am working on bringing in new people into the steemit community.
MY STORY
When I came to steemit on my first 60days, My posts where earning very small and negligible sums such as $0.02, $0.01 and even $0.00. It was a frustrating period and I was posting daily. Some days I posted 3 to 4 times in a day. I am an entrepreneur who already understand the process of success so I was not discouraged. But I also realised that someone without my qualities will be so frustrated and give up even before they had the chance to succeed. So the idea hit me to create a community.
One of the basic ideas of my PAEC Community is to go out and spread the word about steemit. I also plan to support those coming on board by guiding them and also upvoting their content. The essence of this is to keep them motivated while they understand the steemit platform better. Then I will encourage those in my PAEC community to follow each other so they could see the content of themselves and upvote appropriately.
I kicked started this project on Feb 21st, 2018 and I intend to have brought in 8000 persons by Aug 31st, 2018. With my experience in sales and recruitment, I believe this is an achievable goal. I presently have over 100SP to support my growing community and plan to have at least 4000SP by August 31st.
To further depict my vision let me illustrate with this hypothetical Example. Let us assume my PAEC community have increased to 1000 persons and I just introduced the 1001 person. This new person will be welcomed by this 1000 persons and when this new person post on steemit, the 1000 PAEC members will be exposed to the content of this newbie. And this person will not suffer the newbie dilemma on steemit.
IF I HAVE MORE SP DELEGATED TO ME, MY GOAL IS TO USE IT AND SUPPORT MEMBERS OF THE PAEC COMMUNITY ESPECIALLY IN THE INFANCY OF THIS PROJECT WHERE THE QUANTITY OF THE PEOPLE ARE STILL LESS THAN 100.
