Together with 3 of my organist colleagues we drove to Kaunas, Lithuania's second largest city today. We saw Kaunas historical castle and gave an interview for Radio Maria about National Association of Organists.
We talked about the vision of the association to promote the quality of organ playing in churches, to enhance the concert life in our country, to foster dialogue between institutions and to help preserve historical instruments.
After the interview we visited the Cathedral of Kaunas and saw its organ. Later we drove back to Vilnius and I went to eat to University cafeteria. Afterwards a few students came to our Unda Maris organ studio rehearsal. We will have a concert at the end of May in our church.
Here are a few moments of my day.
