Telah terjadi tabrakan beruntun di jalan Medan-Banda Aceh di kawasan Pante Bidari Aceh Timur pada dini hari tadi (17/6) pukul 03:08 WIB.
Kecelakaan melibatkan laga kambing antara xenia dari arah Medan kontra Bus Sempati star dari arah Banda Aceh saat xenia hendak mendahului bus Atlas.
Selanjutnya bus xenia tersebut ditabrak lagi dari arah belakang oleh bus Atlas yang mengakibatkan ringsek parah.
6 orang korban jiwa, dan 3 luka parah dari supir dan penumpang xenia. Semuanya adalah warga Paloh Lada Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara.
