It is also dizzy when asked about this. Actually what the difference Biker and Rider?
Happy reading, while free ... π
Previously I apologize I can not provide sources that have inspired in writing about this Biker and Rider Difference. Not because I do not adhere to ethics in journal writing, but because 100% Forgot.
"Biker in my eyes"
Bike I mean here is a motorcycle yes! So it has nothing to do with bicycles or Onthel bikes. Biker definition in my eyes is someone who uses a motorcycle and know the characteristics on his motorcycle. Whether it understands the characteristics of the engine or other parts of the motorcycle it drives (such as Suspension, Tires, steering parts, to electricity).
Still in my view, usually the biker has a motorcycle that they really care for. Whether for a hobby, a major means of transportation (like me π), or for community life.
And a Biker is not obliged to enter the community as well, let alone join into a Motorcycle Gang just to pursue the title of Biker. 100% is wrong, agree? π
"Rider in my eyes"
Derived from the word Ride or berkedara. Rider can be defined as a rider where in this paper the scope is a motorcycle then Rider is a motorcycle rider. To be a raider I think the easiest, just having the knowledge of how to carry a motor just can be spelled Rider.
Upsss ... I apologize to the community who used the word Rider on its official name. Based on experience, and playing with some motorcycle hobbyists, I assume that the Rider is very suitable given to someone who is usually driving alone.

Yups ... Valentino just riding it. About the maintenance of the machine are all handed as experts. The task is to drive and give input to the mechanic so that the motor can be set and adjusted with his ability.
From here we can see a little difference Biker and Rider right?
