Should I post about the ketogenic lifestyle on Steemit?

I make content about losing weight and living a keto lifestyle, and I am wondering if I should post here on Steemit about the recipes I have made. I currently have a YouTube Channel but I guess I am just thinking out loud, I miss Steemit after being gone for so long! E
