Tonight, it's another Keto recipe. This time a sexy smooth treat, lol
Chocolate Fudge. So melty, so smooth.
So the recipe we're gonna try tonight, this is what I'm doing, it may work, may fail, like all my recipes, they may be shitty, I am not classically trained in the culinary arts, so some of my stuff... Well... Can use some "tweaking"...
But alas here we go.
8 oz pack of no sugar bakers chocolate. Chop it up into small bits.
1 cup salted butter
1.75 cups stevia powder. (Likely use less if you use confectioners sugar)
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
6tbsp heavy cream (whipping cream)
Mix all the ingredients over low heat in a saucepan.
Once it's nice and smooth
You can add nuts or raisins to a small cupcake tray and then pour on the mixture, or do whatever the hell else shape you want, don't add any nuts if you want, it doesn't matter, do whatever, this is what I used, it's pretty, and functional, just like your old pal @fat-elvis.
Now then pop that thing in the freezer, move some elk and deer around if you need to, cause these sweet treats need about an hour., Then just pop them out and put them in a sensible container for the fridge or freezer, and enjoy!
Once cooled down , we have some sweet Keto friendly fudge bites!
