What's up everybody,
Today I'm sharing a ketogenic diet recipe that I've really enjoyed. Cloud bread.
Ingredients:
4 medium eggs
6 tbsp cream cheese
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp liquid stevia.
Separate the eggs and add baking powder to egg whites and beat until peaks will form
In a separate bowl mix the yolks and cream cheese, salt and stevia. You can also add garlic, herbs, any spices, even hit sauce if you want.
Then fold the whites and yolks together
Once that's all nicely combined, spread the mix into parchment paper on a baking sheet, I like my big heavy stoneware one, but use what you want.
Bake for 25 minutes at 315 degrees.
Now then what can you do with these little fluffy buns?
