Recipe:
1 medium head cauliflower
5 strips bacon save the grease
1 cup heavy whipping cream
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
8 oz cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
.25 tsp white pepper
.25 tsp onion powder
.25 tsp garlic powder
28 grams Pork Rinds
2 tbsp Parmesan
2 oz Mozzarella
- Chop up and steam the cauliflower
- Crisp your bacon and save the grease
- In a pan, add heavy whipping cream to your bacon grease
- Add cream cheese
- mix until fully melted
- add sour cream
- add cheddar cheese
- One melted, add seasonings
- Add cauliflower to a casserole dish
- spread bacon over cauliflower
- cover in cheese sauce
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
- Combine crushed pork rinds and parmesan
- Sprinkle on top.
- Broil on high until golden brown
