How to Make Keto Mac and Cheese

Here is my recipe for Keto Bacon Mac and Cheese. It's definitely high in fat so I recommend this on a day when you've had a high protein meal. As always, consider subscribing, it really helps me out.

Macros for 1/4:
Calories: 870
Fat: 75g
Carbs: 14g
Net Carbs: 10g
Protein: 34g

Recipe:
1 medium head cauliflower
5 strips bacon save the grease
1 cup heavy whipping cream
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
8 oz cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
.25 tsp white pepper
.25 tsp onion powder
.25 tsp garlic powder

28 grams Pork Rinds
2 tbsp Parmesan
2 oz Mozzarella

  1. Chop up and steam the cauliflower
  2. Crisp your bacon and save the grease
  3. In a pan, add heavy whipping cream to your bacon grease
  4. Add cream cheese
  5. mix until fully melted
  6. add sour cream
  7. add cheddar cheese
  8. One melted, add seasonings
  9. Add cauliflower to a casserole dish
  10. spread bacon over cauliflower
  11. cover in cheese sauce
  12. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
  13. Combine crushed pork rinds and parmesan
  14. Sprinkle on top.
  15. Broil on high until golden brown
  16. Enjoy!
