First workout since July 2017 & test driving my new body powered by fat 🥩🐷🍳🥃

• 3 sets till failure 20-22.5-20kgs DB bench press
• 100x non-stop 8kg KB swings
• 3 sets till failure 40-45-50kgs machine low pull
• 100x non-stop 8kg KB swings
• 3 sets till failure 30-35-40kgs machine shoulder press
• 100x non-stop 8kg KB swings
• 3 sets 8kg bicep curls
• 50 push-ups

Post workout report:

  • better breathing, no gasping for air
  • stable heart rate following output n bursts
  • less sweat
  • I normally finish a bottle of water 750mL per workout. Only drank half. Didn’t crave for water
  • less rest time between sets needed
  • less muscle fatigue or lactic acid feeling
  • almost maintained my old strength since July 2017, I jump straight back into my old weights and actually managed more reps!
  • more endurance, can feel it when I push through my last 20 of 100 KB swings every time
  • mind clarity n focus
  • stable energy output
