When people find a health that works for them, sometimes their enthusiasm makes them feel like health evangelist, posting on your social media:
"Have you heard about the miracle tonic that is apple cider vinegar?"
But is apple cider vinegar (ACV) all that it's cracked up to be? I've decided to test that out. Every morning before I eat, I'v been having a watered down (very watered down) shot of ACV before I eat. I'm going to test it out and see if it's helpful. This of course will just be anecdotal evidence, but I thought I'd try.
ACV has been touted as helping gut health, reducing bloat, lower blood sugar, health weight-loss, lower cholesterol and improve heart health. I don't know if any of this is true. But if even one of these things is true, then I feel fine about it. I'm guessing that helping with digestion is probably accurate. Anything else, is up for debate.
Have you used ACV? Do you believe it's healthy or overrated? Let me know down in the comments!
