Tortilla Chips-In Taco Salad-Or Just Leave Out The Tortilla Chips Entirely.
Ketchup-Heinz Reduced Sugar
Mashed Potatoes-Mashed Cauliflower
Pizza Crust-Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Bread, Rolls, Hamburger And Hot Dog Buns-Low Carb Breadmaker Sandwich Bread/Wraps-Steamed Collards or Cabbage, Lettuce, Flax Wraps, No-Fail Low Carb Crepe Recipe,
White Gravy-Country Gravy Or Any Gravy Recipe Desired
Pancakes/Waffles-Any Low Carb Pancake Or Waffle Recipe
Breading For Meat, Poultry Or Fish-Seasoned Carbalose Flour, Add A Little Yellow Cornmeal For Fish.
...Or Use 3-2-1 Keto Breading-3 Tbsps. Grated Homemade Dehydrated Parmesan Cheese, 2 Tbsps. Ground Flax (try Toasting Before Grinding), 1 Tbsp. Almond Meal (example-1 Cup Dehydrated Parmesan, 2/3 Cup Flax, 1/3 Cup Almond Meal). Season As Desired. 1 Tsp. Onion Powder, ½ Tsp. Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Old Bay, Creole Or Cajun Seasoning, S&P, Chicken Seasoning, Any Other Seasonings Desired. Also good for meatball filler.
Grits-Cauliflower Grits
Rice-Riced Cauliflower And/Or Riced Broccoli
Biscuits-Carbalose Flour Biscuits Or Keto Biscuits For No-Carbalose Option
Fried Rice-Breakfast Cauliflower Fried Rice For Two. Add Shrimp Or Other Meats As Desired.
Cornbread Muffins-Low Carb Cornbread Muffins Recipe
Cornbread-Carbalose Flour Cornbread Recipe
Regular Cheese In Casseroles, Roasted Vegetables, Or Other Mixed Dishes-Nutritional Yeast
Vegetable Oils-Hemp Seed Oil, Olive Oil, Avocado Oil
Potatoes in Soups and Stews-Small Whole Radishes
'Tater Tots-Easy Cauliflower Tots
Baked Fries-Low Carb French Fries Recipe. Celery Root or Rutabaga. Try Portobello Mushrooms or Eggplant.
Cheese for Crackers-Seed Cheese Recipe https://www.superfoods-for-superhealth.com/seed-cheese-recipes.html
Pasta-calamari, boiled 2 hours stovetop or pressure cook
Cornstarch-Konjac Flour: 1 teaspoon thickens 1 cup liquid. Add to cold liquid and whisk, identical to cornstarch. Remove from heat before stirring in konjac mixture.
Hash Browns-Cauliflower/Radish (Best) or Spaghetti Squash/Turnip Mixture, Shred, then cook in microwave 3 minutes. Squeeze out liquid. Combine with S&P, ¼ Cup Parmesan and 1 Egg, fry in Bacon Grease, Sausage Grease or Butter.
Buttermilk-1 Cup Heavy Cream, Mix with 1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar, Let Sit to Clabber
Cream Cheese-1/3 Lower Fat Cream Cheese (Contains Less Carbs)
