Ketosis eating is an unconventional way of eating which is good for body, mind and weight loss. It basically means eating healthy fats, proteins, loads of vegetables and very low carbohydrates. Sugar is eliminated in ketosis eating. Fruits are also mostly removed during this phase. Healthy fats include avocados, eggs, olive oil, coconut oil, etc. It is important to remember that eating loads of salad and vegetables during this phase is excellent. Proteins are not to be overloaded but eaten in moderate amount.
What is actually happening when we do ketosis style eating?

As the body is in ketosis mode, our brain is also using stored body fat instead of sugar. Thus, many ketosis type eaters report that they feel a deep sense of clarity and focus.
Keto eaters start losing extra body fat. It goes away easily while they can eat to their satisfaction. Instead of dietary sugar, the body starts using excessive body fat for metabolism and energy source.
Keto style is easy to maintain. Ketosis eating is eating until you feel full.
You sleep less and feel more energised. This is another benefit of ketosis diet.
