If you don't know your key, @keyhunter can't help you.

If you know your key but can't log in, your account might have been compromised.

There are multiple possible causes, including (among others) unauthorized access to your device, malware or leaking your key or password to the public.
If you have leaked your key to the public and you are lucky enough, there is a chance that @keyhunter saw it.
It is possible that @keyhunter was able to pick up your key and change it before any malicious user did that.
If that was the case, you should get an info saying something like:
You have leaked your master password to the public putting your account at risk. Your keys was changed to prevent further damage. Please use account recovery process to regain your access. Be safe - @gtg
If you are even more lucky, there is a chance that it was done before any malicious action was performed on your account, like stealing your funds.

If you have leaked your Private Active Key, change it as soon as possible:

If you have leaked your Private Owner Key or Master Password start the account recovery process:

Good luck!

is there any way to find out where a password was leaked? would be helpful for user to know exactly which action caused the leak @gtg

I agree. If there's a local issue it will probably happen again.

it would be better if we could find out where we had lost our password :((

Thanks for helping me recover my account, appreciate it
