After giving the order I googled it and got this

"The fast food restaurant chain, Kentucky Fried Chicken, KFC, has around 350 outlets in India. The company is giving opportunities to people with disabilities to work and learn.

At present, KFC employs 170 people with disabilities at their restaurants across the country.

The company aims to increase this so that people with disabilities make up 10% of its total workforce.

It has created a training program of five to six weeks that gives specialized training. KFC also makes sure that people with disabilities get equal pay and enjoy the same benefits as the other employees."

Isn't it's amazing? I'm really impressed by this action and I hope other companies also do the same.
