Material Spicy Bhindi Andhra Style
Bread, 250 grams trimmed
Oil 4 tablespoons
Slate
Whole dry coriander 2 teaspoons
Cumin 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Dry red pepper 7-8
Roasted peanut peeled 1/4 (one fourth cup
Garlic 5-6 buds
Method
step 1
Heat oil in a non stick pan.
Step 2
In a second non stick pan pour dry coriander and cumin seeds and dry it. Put small onions in the oiled pan and roast for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Then put Bhindi and salt and mix well and then cover and cook.
Step 4
Now add red chilli in the frying pan and roast until it starts smelling. Then put them in a mixer jar, put it together, roasted groundnut and garlic buds and cracks.
Step 5
Cook the ladies and run them in the middle. Then add chopped masala and mix well. Serve hot.
