Cottage cheese 100 grams
White bread 4
Peeled peel and mashed 2

Method
step 1
Pour the cheese in a bowl. Add potatoes, salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, amchoor and chat masala in it. Finely chop green coriander and mix thoroughly. Make taller sized cubes.
Step 2
Heat some oil in a pan and compress the kebab. Turn off and compress on the other side. During this, cut off the cabbage thin and keep it in a bowl.
Step 3
Similarly, cut carrot and put it in the bowl. Add salt and chat masala and mix it. Keep it cool in the fridge.
Step 4
Remove the kebab from the pan and put it on the plate. Lighten the bread on the pan, lightly roast the bread. Put a paneer kebab on each bread and put a little sallad. Sprinkle little chaat masala and a little roasted cumin powder. Roll and Serve.
