Newly leaked intell from the CIA says communication intercepts reveal that just before and after the Jamal Khashoggi murder, the Crown Prince of Suadi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman sent or received 11 messages to the supervisor of the 15-man Saudi hit team.
Source, Source, Source
This is the first U.S.-based reveal of communications in the Istanbul Saudi consulate murder from 2 months ago. First Turkey had recordings of communications that they have sent to various intelligence agencies and some media outlets. The uproar over the murder of Jamal Khashoggi was catalyzed by the tapes where Khashoggi could be heard fighting with members of the kill squad, and even apparently hearing him be killed.
Since then, little blowback has happened against the Saudi kingdom despite the global media and later political attention given to this scandal. The U.S. Senate has recently votes to stop aiding the Saudi-coalition in it's barbaric war on Yemen. Prior to that, the U.S., Canada and some other countries have issues sections on between 15 to 18 Saudi nationals who are suspected of participating or planning the Khashoggi murder. But the U.S. and Canada have chosen to continue selling arms to Saudi Arabia, allowing them to continue to wage war in the region for the the globalist interests of the West.
A CIA preliminary assessment was recently leaked, where they claimed Mohammed bin Salman was most definitely aware of the Khashoggi plot, and likely ordered it as nothing happens in his kingdom without his approval. Anonymous sources said the CIA analyzed all the sources of intelligence they had, including the a phone call from Khalid bin Salman, the Saudi ambassador to the United States who is also the prince’s brother, asking Khashoggi to go to the consulate to pick up documents. The CIA says Khalid made the call because the Crown Prince -- his brother -- told him to. A U.S. official said:
"The accepted position is that there is no way this happened without him being aware or involved."
CIA analysts say Crown Prince Mohammed has such "firm grip on power" that he isn't in any danger of losing it or his throne, even with the Khashoggi scandal. They also link some of the 15-member hit team to Mohammed through many of them having served on his security team. Apparently Crown Prince Mohammed thought Khashoggi was a dangerous Islamist with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, according to the CIA theory.
The new leaked CIA intercepts were between Crown Prince Mohammed and Saud al-Qahtani who is a close aide of the prince and said to have supervised the murder squad. The CIA seems to be taking over from Turkey in regards to the investigation and international pressure being applied on Saudi Arabia.
The recent Senate vote to withdraw support from the Saudi-led war on Yemen, with direct deaths of an estimated 70,000 civilians (and 100,000 deaths related to the war), has been opposed by the Trump administration. They are worried about souring Saudi relations and what they will do to the U.S. Trump has previously said:
"We're not going to give up hundreds of billions of dollars in orders...Saudi Arabia, if we broke with them, I think your oil prices would go through the roof."
With two CIA leaks in two weeks that put the blame on the Saudi Crown Prince MbS, the Trump administration is getting more worried. The recent intercepts shift the previous narrative of all the blame resting on Al-Qahtani, and put them on the prince who orchestrated it all. He's apparently been wanting to silence Khashoggi since 2017, as the WSJ reports:
The Saudi leader also in August 2017 had told associates that if his efforts to persuade Mr. Khashoggi to return to Saudi Arabia weren’t successful, "we could possibly lure him outside Saudi Arabia and make arrangements," according to the assessment, a communication that it states "seems to foreshadow the Saudi operation launched against Khashoggi."
...
The previously unreported excerpts reviewed by the Journal state that the CIA has "medium-to-high confidence" that Prince Mohammed "personally targeted” Khashoggi and "probably ordered his death.” It added: “To be clear, we lack direct reporting of the Crown Prince issuing a kill order."
...
The judgment on Prince Mohammed’s likely culpability, the CIA assessment says, is based on the crown prince’s personal focus on Mr. Khashoggi, his tight control over the Saudi operatives sent to Istanbul to kill him, "and his authorizing some of the same operators to violently target other opponents."
Mr. Qahtani has led Prince Mohammed’s efforts to crack down on dissent internally and abroad. He is one of the 17 sanctioned by the Treasury.
...
"We assess it is highly unlikely this team of operators…carried out the operation without Muhammed bin Salman’s authorization," it says.
The document says that Mr. Qahtani "explicitly requested the Crown Prince’s permission when he pursued other sensitive operations in 2015, which reflects the Crown Prince’s command and control expectations."
Although not definitive, as Trump, Bolton, Pompeo and Mattis have argued, Trump also said "maybe he did, maybe he didn't", regarding MbS's involvement.
This new leak reported by the Wall Street Journal is illegal, yet there doesn't seem to be an uproar about that. Meanwhile WikiLeaks and Julian Assange are "terrorists" and criminals for their published leaks. Interesting, isn't it?
When you leak secret documents or videos that uncover dark shit the U.S. is doing, you're a "criminal". But if you leak something about the darkness elsewhere, then you're fine. U.S. media, politicians and government officials have a problem looking in the mirror and seeing the heart of darkness they blindly support and defend.

An interesting angle as the CIA continues to throw Saudi under the bus, and by extension the fiat of the (not so) Federal Reserve. I have read for some time speculations about a shift from separate fiat to a universal one. Wondering if they seek to undermine it in their pretense of holding the high ground to cause so much collapse of it that the common citizen will insist on their further enslavement to the new currency.
I consider the CIA to be in many respects an extension of and enforcement arm for the Feds owners and their cronies, so it is the only angle that appears most obvious to me so far.

The plan in the end is a global one world currency. How we get there could take many avenues. Collapse the current leader to bring in a new fiat leader that ppl will beg for as a the "solution". Problem-reaction-solution. Could be. The whole thing could be faked too to undermine the currency, alleged intercepts...
