Everyone's Favorite Rice flour Khichu in New URMI.jpgAvatar.
Khichu balls coated with Spicy Green Garlic-Coriander Chutney.
Have a Different taste in New Avatar of Rice Flour Khichu.

Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Rice flour
2 1/2 Cup water
1 sp Cumin seeds
1 sp carom seeds
1/2 + 1/2 tsp White sesame seeds
1 tab sp Salt
1/2 sp Papad khar/Soda
1 tab sp Green Chilly paste (you can add less or more Chilly as per your taste)
2 tab sp Garlic-Coriander Chutney
2 tab sp oil

#For_Garlic_Coriander Chutney
1 cup chopped Green garlic
8 to 10 pods of garlic
3 to 4 green Chilly
1 cup chopped coriander
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tab sp roasted peanuts
1 inch Ginger
Pinch of black salt
2 to 3 ice cubes
Churn all ingredients for chutney in jar.
Boil water in heavy bottom vessel add Cumin,carom n sesame seeds, add salt n Papad khar. After one boil add Chilly paste. Boil for 2 mins. Off the gas now add rice flour mix with wooden spatula or rolling pin. Mix well properly.

Now put steamer on gas top.
From Batter make equal small size balls n put in greased plate. Steam for 10 to 12 mins.

After cool down Add oil n Garlic-Coriander Chutney,sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves.

Enjoy new version of Khichu.
